Lynn Capozzoli
Director of Exploring Program at Vassar Farm
Lynn Capozzoli earned her bachelor's degree in elementary education and her master's degree in humanistic education from the State University of New York, New Paltz. She is certified by the New York State Project Learning Tree to facilitate environmental workshops. Prior to her appointment, Mrs. Capozzoli taught elementary students in both private and public schools. Her experience includes teaching remedial reading and home-bound students.
Mrs. Capozzoli's interests include urban and environmental education. She has served as thesis advisor for environmental issues involving children. As director of the Exploring Sciences at Vassar Farm Program, she supervises Vassar students as they develop teaching skills by instructing local elementary school students in seasonal, natural science programs.
